The DXP DevOps team is responsible for managing the “Digital Experience Platform” (DXP), which covers some of the most essential websites for DHL, including www.dhl.com. Engaging in both support and development activities.Providing second and third-level operational support with focus on issue resolution, deployments, and configuration of the underlying system.Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, creating automation scripts, and configuring our CDN (Akamai).

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Experience with Linux, scripting in Bash, browser console, GitHub and monitoring tools in IT support area.Solid understanding of networking concepts.Familiarity with some of the following tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Docker etc.Any programming background, especially in languages such as Java or Groovy, is highly valued, as our team focuses on delivering programmatic solutions to minimize repetitiveness and manual efforts

We do not expect you to be an expert in all the areas mentioned above; we are committed to providing the necessary training to help you develop your skills.

Hi, my name is Martin and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL ITS back in 2015, as part-time employee in Service Desk organization. Since then, I was lucky to explore various roles starting from Application support, Service Owner, Solution Owner and as of 2022 a Team lead. We are trying to apply best practices from development and operational point of view. We have experienced team who is always willing to help. Our work brings interesting challenges and provides a lot of room to grow on personal and work level.
