Our Company
Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider and we’re currently searching for a Site Quality Manager, to overseeing all aspects of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) on a construction site. This includes implementing and maintaining a site quality management system, leading the QA/QC team, coordinating with contractors and external bodies, and ensuring that all construction activities are executed in compliance with project quality standards, procedures, and contractual requirements.
Responsabilities
Quality Control (QC): Oversee formal quality control activities including planned, notified, witnessed, and documented site inspections. Ensure construction activities comply with project-specific quality rules and procedures. Coordinate with the construction management/supervision teams and field design office. Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Improvement: Train site management staff to understand and meet contract quality requirements. Lead audits, manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective action requests (CARs). Promote continuous improvement and implement quality planning initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of the site’s QMS and recommend improvements.

Main Tasks Develop and maintain the Site Quality Plan with the support of the Project Quality Manager. Lead the site quality team, including QC/QA engineers, welding/NDT engineers, inspectors, discipline controllers, certification engineers, and admin/secretarial staff. Review and approve contractors' quality plans and procedures for compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure construction personnel are trained and informed on quality objectives and expectations. Interface daily with construction companies to ensure adherence to quality requirements. Maintain proper records and documentation for inspections, tests, and quality control. Schedule and coordinate activities with external inspection bodies. Develop, monitor, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality performance. Ensure timely and compliant preparation of final documentation for mechanical completion and system handover. Identify, report, and analyze major quality deviations. Collaborate with the Site Project Manager to prepare weekly and monthly quality progress reports
Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Extensive experience in QA/QC within construction or industrial projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with ISO standards and construction quality systems. Experience managing audits, inspections, and compliance tracking.
