This position reports to the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence and provides the chance to contribute to a company committed to achieving outstanding outcomes and continual enhancement within a biologics manufacturing environment.

ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI)Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiativesLead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard workFacilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectivesIdentify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellenceSupport the Site Head of Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence in driving site-wide strategic improvement programs

RequirementsProven experience in a GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a biologics or commercial pharmaceutical production environmentPractical experience in continuous improvement or Lean management systemsStrong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to inspire change across teamsIn-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standardsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
