Role Overview
This role will be responsible for end?to?end project planning and scheduling activities at site level, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives, EPC contract requirements, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a realistic and achievable project plan and schedule to meet project objectives. Establish and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in alignment with project scope. Compile detailed schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) and logic networks. Ensure all project planning and scheduling activities comply with approved standards, procedures, and systems. Coordinate planning and scheduling activities across all assigned disciplines and work areas. Integrate individual area schedules into the overall integrated EPC master schedule. Monitor planning progress for assigned work scopes and update schedules accordingly. Prepare, maintain, and integrate Level 4/5 contract schedules into the Level 3 master schedule. Produce regular (weekly and monthly) progress reports, schedule updates, and forecasts. Conduct schedule assessments, variance analysis, trend identification, and change impact analysis. Collect and assess feedback from site teams and contractors, including physical progress verification. Perform periodic schedule risk analysis and support mitigation planning. Support schedule assurance activities and maintain consistency with contract requirements. Promote proactive communication, teamwork, and collaboration across project stakeholders.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience within EPC environments. FPSO?related project experience is mandatory. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools. Good in English (speaking & writing) Open to China locals only
