Responsibilities:

Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activitiesResponsible for managing the activities of the assigned site, including resource and material management, flight operations, Interfaces with customer and stakeholders to understand the needs of each assignment; assesses requirements, develops mission plans, and manages operations executionSupports and leads the analyses and processing of intelligence dataAligns teams, sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes for the specific business unitsAnalyzes and provides guidance on the current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectivelyAnalyzes budgets for equipment needs of the businessCreate business strategies to achieve business targetsKeeps current with business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over timePossesses a strong understanding of local and federal regulations to maintain compliancePossesses knowledge of how to operate LiDAR/EO and radar sensors along with communications equipmentResponsible for understanding all aspects of flight operations and deployment assignments to effectively support the mission; support pre and post flight duties

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experienceActive TS/SCI clearance requiredBe willing to deploy to various OCONUS operating locations as directed by the GovernmentBe able to obtain a US passport and visas to travel internationally
