Our Grande Prairie client, a well-established aggregate and gravel pit operation, is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in aggregate or gravel operations, mining, construction, or road building, where managing crews, equipment, and production flow is part of everyday work.

 Site Operations Manager Responsibilities: Supervise and manage 14 employees Plan daily and weekly production targets based on demand Coordinate plant schedules for optimal output Monitor material quality and stockpile levels Adjust production based on weather, equipment availability, and trucking flow Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime Ensure the site is organized, safe, and maintained to high operational standards Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime The successful candidate has:  3+ years’ experience working in aggregate, gravel pit, quarry, mining, or road building operations Previous experience operating heavy equipment Proven experience supervising crews in an industrial or outdoor environment Strong understanding of crusher, wash plant, and material handling operations Mechanically minded with the ability to identify equipment issues Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $95,000– $110,000 depending on experience Work schedule flexibility 4 months of the year 3 weeks’ vacation Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
