Partner with the best
As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.
Developing an operational year plan for the own department activities.
Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.
Contributing to plan of larger unit.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Subsea operations. Facility management is preferred.
Have an advanced level of English communication skills
Have previous experience in oil and gas is preferred.
Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have the ability to influence others and lead teams.
Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Abile to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have Proven analytical and organizational ability.
