\n\nLead and develop high-performing operations teams\nOversee warehouse operations ensuring SLA compliance and customer excellence\nDrive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation\nChampion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture\nManage resources and logistics to optimise costs and exceed expectations\nProvide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development\nYour Success Profile:\nProven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain\nStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities\nProficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office\nTertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities\nStrong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)\n\n
