We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Berrinba site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. A dynamic role, where everyday is different, your duties will include:

\n\nLeading and managing the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.\nOversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate results in line with SLA’s.\nAnalysis of operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.\nEnsuring site compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements and driving a culture of compliance and safety.\nManaging resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations.\nProvide training, support, and development opportunities for team members including identification of talent and succession planning.\nDHL Supply Chain is a Great Place to Work

To be successful in this role, you will have:\nProven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry.\nLeadership and team management skills including the ability to engage, motivate and develop your team.\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook.\nProficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.\nTertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.\n\n
