About the Team The Site Merchandising team enhances the digital shopping journey. They provide an optimized digital experience for our consumers backed by best-in-class, data-driven insights and are accountable to the company's priorities. Their responsibilities include driving the digital business, optimizing the shopping journey, testing and iterating capabilities, content management, and business analysis. About the Job The candidate is responsible for creating category-specific e-commerce experiences, ensuring flawless execution, and maintaining key pages and experiences to drive site KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in site merchandising, content management, business acumen, and possess a high level of attention to detail. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, manage projects, provide insights and present to cross-functional teams and leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enhance the digital shopping journey by driving visits, clarity, clicks, and conversion across the site while improving engagement rates. Partner with Merchandising and Marketing to bring experiences to life on site. Manage and maintain pages with up-to-date assortment and content. Own content authoring and quality assurance to drive flawless execution. Leverage data, competitive analysis, and cross-category partnerships to implement strategies. Recap and share critical updates on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Run the business and prioritize actions for your business based on data and insights. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Site Merchandising, Content Management and/or E-commerce Must possess strong business and digital acumen. A team player with solid interpersonal and organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to navigate and build trust in a complex organization. Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings and effectively communicates with senior-level business partners.
