Site Manager - TX Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** The Site Manager is a very dynamic position that will provide numerous challenges on a daily basis. You will get to use your management skills as well as your operational expertise to develop plans to ensure that the program and mission moves into the future appropriately. Working closely with your Mission Leads and the customer, you will get to collaborate and brainstorm on innovative ways to perform and improve operation’s procedures. **Responsibilities:** + Coordination of staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance for contract personnel. + Ensure program conformity with contract terms and conditions. + Work with Team Leads to develop short-term and long-term strategy for the overall success of the program. + Provide solutions to operations problems. + Mentor Mission Leads + Manage and optimize the flow of communication between customer and contractor leadership. + Act as the backup to the Program Manager when needed. + Understand and optimize financial performance. + Meet with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. + Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + A current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph + Five years of experience in operation’s management, mission management, personal management, and employee supervision. + Five years of experience producing geolocation solutions from airborne, and space borne systems. + Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment. _Desired:_ + PMP certification + Two certifications in any of the following Active, Passive, Collection or Mission Management + Bachelor’s Degree + Expert Communication Skills - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
