Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of management experience in fuel retail, convenience, or hospitality operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. Financially savvy with experience in stock control, cash handling, and sales reporting. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with POS/inventory systems.
