Site Manager – Contract (1+ Years)
 
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support a large-scale datacentre construction project in Päijät-Häme, Finland. This role involves overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications.
 
Responsibilities: Manage daily site activities and coordinate all on-site construction works. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project schedules. Monitor site safety, compliance, and quality standards. Support progress reporting and documentation. Ensure alignment with project plans and resolve on-site issues as they arise.  
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction. Background in datacentre, industrial, or technical building projects. Strong knowledge of site coordination, safety processes, and quality control. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain progress schedules. Availability for a contract duration of 1+ years.
