Site Manager
**Overview** We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Site Manager with a strong background in customer service and facilities management. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring timely communication, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing service delivery with precision, maintaining profitability, and driving continual improvement. **Key Responsibilities** : + Manage daily operations of client accounts, including service portals, scheduled work, and ongoing communications. + Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and updates with professionalism and urgency. + Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, service logs, and financial documentation. + Monitor account profitability and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and margins. + Collaborate with internal teams to align service execution with client expectations. + Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for overall performance. + Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues before they escalate. + Provide regular reporting and performance summaries to clients and senior leadership. + Ensure all work adheres to company standards, contract requirements, and regulatory guidelines. + Handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in customer service or account management, ideally within facilities services or a related field. + Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and operational workflows. + Strong understanding of facilities operations, subcontractor coordination, and client relations. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and organizational abilities. + Technologically proficient, with experience using client portals, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Supreme attention to detail and a relentless commitment to quality. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. + Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) + Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices + Project management experience or certification a plus REQNUMBER: 127847 ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
