The Role  

An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an upcoming $70M project. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a high-profile development and make a significant impact within a leading construction firm.

The Responsibilities 

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of large-scale construction projects. Monitor financial performance and timelines, ensuring key targets are achieved. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements 

Stability with previous employers Previous experience with a well-known commercial builder. Minimum 5 years previous experience in a Site Manager role within commercial construction overseeing projects valued $30m+.
