Exceptional Experience in water treatment.Samples wastewater and analyzes for all components as specified in site work instructions.Operates sludge dewatering and separating equipment and sludge drying equipment when applicable.Operates lift truck for material flow in waste treatment facility as well as any other site obligations including drum deliveries and waste pickups.Samples and analyzes facility effluent and records results.Operates polymer feed systems and sludge thickening equipment.Monitors intake of wastewater.Performs treatment of wastewater through either automated or manual operations and procedures.Performs facility audits of equipment and inventories.Operates in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on environmental sustainability.Takes necessary steps as specified in work instructions if effluent analysis are within allowable limits.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The pay range for this position is $83,600.00 - $125,400.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
