Site Maintenance Engineer
The Site Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of the three facilities (2 in Winnipeg and 1 in Carman, MB) and machinery/equipment used in R&D and production processes, ensuring safety and quality in alignment with applicable procedures and policies.
This is a permanent position based out the Smartpark location in Winnipeg, MB, additionally providing on-site support to the Winnipeg and Carman, MB site as needed.

High school diploma or GED requiredValid 3rd Class Power Engineer certification, in accordance with the regulations of the Power Engineers’ Act of ManitobaDemonstrated proficiency and aptitude across mechanical electrical HVAC and control systems Minimum 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer in a similar manufacturing/lab production environmentUnderstanding of geothermal systems‘Hands-on' mentality and a strong focus on achieving resultsAvailability to work 40 hours per week and meet overtime demands when requiredValid driver's licenseMust be able to lift and/or move up to 60 poundsDemonstrated experience:Creative MindsetFocus on outcomes Co-create for customersCollaborate with accountability Act, learn fast and evolve Being one’s best self and including others
