Job Summary Responsible for the administrative and operational leadership of government services projects, operating with general autonomy under the guidance of the Program Manager and in accordance with customer requirements and contractual obligations. Oversees cross-functional coordination among resource managers to ensure timely reviews, approvals, and compliance with program standards. Demonstrates expertise in managing complex projects within performance-based service environments, ensuring alignment with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines. Brings over 10 years of progressive experience in program and project management, including 4+ years in leadership roles, supported by a strong academic foundation at the undergraduate level. Roles and Responsibilities The Site Lead shall provide overall management and coordination for the contract and shall act as the central point of contact for the Government (Customer). The Site Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Providing oversight and management to all Section Leads which include (HR, Intelligence, Operations (Air and Ground), Plans, IT, Logistics, and Maintenance). Managers quarterly agile performance reviews. + Coordinating directly with the COR and GFR. + Attending customer and client scheduled meetings and providing minutes to the PM office. + Assisting the Deputy PM review all deliverables prior to submission. + Assisting the Deputy PM and PM in the development of the annual PMR. + On Site conflict management + Facilitating the contractor Common Access Card process + Assisting the Deputy PM managing subcontractors + Assisting in the review of Quality Management Instructions + Ensuring time sheets are approved and submitted on time + Knowing and understanding the Performance Work Statement and AR 95-20. Promote KBR's Zero Harm policy Basic Qualifications + Candidate must have 10 years of U.S. Army Aviation maintenance, operations, and logistics experience. + Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance or be eligible for secret clearance.
