業務パフォーマンス
SLA/KPIの目標達成施設設備の予防保全の計画通りの実施および総務庶務サービスの計画通りの提供主要顧客との関係構築
クライアントとの月次会議の準備と開催満足度調査結果の目標達成エンドユーザーからの依頼対応問題発生時はクライアントを招いて会議を開催し、ともに検討することにより課題解決改善提案スタッフ/チームのマネジメント
サイトスタッフへの適切な業務割り当て業務やサービス提供が中断しないような体制構築定期的な業務見直しと再割り当てによるモチベーション向上とチーム力強化スタッフの貢献を認め活躍できるよう支援するベンダー管理
ベンダー契約の管理一定金額以上または複数サービスカテゴリにまたがる入札/調達の主導予算と実績の管理
JLL業務範囲のサービスを予算内で提供JLL業務範囲外のサービス/プロジェクトについては、実施するものを適切に選定し、承認された追加予算とJLLスタッフリソース内で提供安全およびコンプライアンス管理

Responsible for managing the delivery of all services at the Site including operational performance, relationships with key customers, staff / team management, vendor management, budget / actual spending management, safety management and compliance.
Location: On-site at Client’s Lab/Plant, Seishin, Kobe
