Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) to join our team! The Site Inspector (Electrical/Infra) is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality control. The role ensures that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards, with particular focus on luxury hotel/resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Solid experience in hospitability projects (5 stars hotels/resorts - completed projects) is a must.
What You'll Be Doing:
Inspect and monitor MV/LV power distribution (substations, panels, DBs), Internal and external lighting, emergency lighting, Earthing, bonding, lightning protection, Cable containment (trays, trunking, conduits), Electrical infrastructure networks and power provisions for ELV systemsCheck compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Raise and close inspection requests, record non-conformances, and follow up corrective actions.Support testing and commissioning of electrical systems.Coordinate on site with civil, mechanical, architectural, and ELV teams.Prepare brief daily reports, checklists, and snag lists.Ensure safe working practices in all electrical activities.Maintain neat, concealed, and operator-compliant installations in guest rooms, public areas, BOH and external zones.What Required Skills You'll Bring:
