A Site Visite Manager will take care of:
Connecting the resort with the organizations and the meaning of their visit, Identifying key players within the operation to enhance sites and recognize those who go above and beyond to give the TMs a sense of belonging
Enhance the amenities creativity and client gifts
Identifying key differentiators and activations for sites on property to create bespoken remarkable experiences
Empower the resort TMs with the information needed to make our guests feel welcome and recognized
Accomplish during each site a strength customer relationship, differentiating the hotel from the competition
As the onsite commercial face of the resort, the site manager needs to become a hotel ambassador, who inspire other TMs to commit with the site
inspection purposes
What will I be doing?
Handle inquiries and follow ups promptly and professionally
Coordinate with sales Managers on FAM trips, ensuring proper communication and
execution
Coordinate sites visits with the operation, and conduct them based on the
information received from the sales manager
Share sites goals and results during briefings or general TMs meeting Update them
with the percentage of conversion and the impact the sites have on the business
and our incomes
Maintain accurate records of all site inspections and client interactions
Arrange complimentary amenities for the site VIPs and leisure special guests
Ensure department heads review the site alert and or VIP Leisure guest report in
daily pre shift meetings and identify objectives
Administration of the VIP landing page
Welcome site VIPs and make sure a proper room has been assigned (request
upgrade if needed), assist them with restaurant reservations
