Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Site HR Business Partner located in Zalaegerszeg.

Reporting to the Director, Site HR Business Partner, the Site HR Business Partner role involves developing and deploying strategic planning goals to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.

What a typical day looks like:

Partner with the site management team to develop and deploy HR strategy for meeting business needs to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth

Consult and assist business on strategic HR matters, including organizational design and restructuring, talent management, career development, succession planning, leadership selection, etc.

Plan, implement and facilitate HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, compensation planning and review, compliance program).

Partner with local and regional HR teams and subject matter experts to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions

Assist with the communication and training of managers on new HR programs, systems and processes as required

Responsible to support compliance policies and their effective implementation

Represent the site on audits to meet Automotive requirements

Communication of key goals and priorities through written communications, presentation materials, and presenting to employees and business

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough and investigations

Develop and manage HR projects, programs and initiatives

Foster and maintain positive working relationships with all employee levels

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in HR

Around 5 years of Human Resources or related experience

Experience working in manufacturing environment

Wide knowledge of Hungarian employment law and related policies

Confident written and spoken English (and Hungarian)

Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy

Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence with credibility

Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership
