The job is located at Le Trait, Normandy, France. The site belongs to Dupixent Cluster – Specialty Care GBU within Sanofi M&S Network.

Main responsibilities:

Lead and execute the Site Performance Roadmap, driving strategic initiatives and performance breakthroughsSpearhead digital transformation through Smart Factory solutions implementation, including AI and data analyticsDrive operational excellence through SMS 2.0 ecosystem deployment and continuous improvement initiativesManage site performance governance and KPIs across Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation dimensionsLead the development and execution of the Site Digital RoadmapBuild and develop a high-performing OpEx and Digital teamOversee master data governance and analytical capabilities deployment

About you 

Experience:

Proven track record in driving performance improvement initiatives in manufacturingExperience with smart manufacturing technologies and digital solutions implementationSoft and technical skills: Strong leadership experience in operational excellence and digital transformationStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced project management expertise

Education:

Engineer or pharmacist or Master degree in sciences or equivalent

Languages:

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plusFrench is a must
