Duration: 6 months (renewable) 
Location: Egypt (First week will be in Paris)
Work Schedule: 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF (rotation)

Elevate Your Career as a Site Fabrication Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Fabrication Manager to lead fabrication operations at Maadia Yard. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of site fabrication activities, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to safety and quality standards, and alignment with project timelines. This role requires extensive experience in subsea fabrication and the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the site fabrication team, including supervisors, engineers, and subcontractor production workforce. Review and continuously improve fabrication method statements, enhancing productivity, resource utilization, and schedule adherence. Monitor fabrication progress and performance metrics; implement corrective actions to address delays or performance issues. Collaborate closely with the Site Manager, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure safe and seamless project execution. Participate in subcontractor and client meetings, technical inspections, and audits as required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in subsea fabrication activities, with a proven track record managing large-scale subsea fabrication yards. At least 10 years of experience working on the fabricator side. Strong familiarity with fabrication tracking systems and project management tools. Experience interfacing with major Operators and EPC contractors. Knowledge of international fabrication standards and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams in demanding project environments. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in English is mandatory. About Airswift
