Our team is looking for an EHS Manager to join them in support of Moog's Baguio Commercial Aircraft and Industrial Group operations. You will report to the Baguio Commercial Aircraft Site General Manager with a dotted line to Operating Group EHS Director

As a Site EHS Manager, you will:

Work with Site EHS personal to evaluate site performance, skill needs and opportunities for improvement.Partner with site EHS Staff to customize resources for site implementation phases.This includes technical reviews of procedures, training and help build implementation plans with associated communication strategies.Provide technical expertise on regulatory requirements when sites are making changes to equipment, layout, and programs.Provide supporting technical information appropriate to their knowledge level for site communications to government agency notices and internal and third-party audits.Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment for improving EHS aspects/impacts.Manage and ensure that Filipino and PEZA EHS regulations applicable to the site are met.Implement site specific EHS policies and training programs to ensure compliance with the Site, Business Group and Corporate EHS requirements. Ensure regulatory permit requirements, reporting data and environmental management system procedures are monitored and updated as changes occur at the site to maintain compliance.  Participate in the use and management of internal audit systems.Partner with all functional managers /supervisors on site to promote the EHS Cultural Maturity model.Lead role in representing the site during compliance audits, both internal and external.  Assure audit findings are responded to, followed up on and corrected.Manage the Sites’ emergency planning; including being available 24/7 for responding to site EHS emergencies. This includes being the site’s lead emergency coordinator in emergencies involving hazardous materials releases or other safety affecting emergencies.Provide EHS support with Program Management and Engineering to support customer contract terms and conditions. Tasks may require creation of additional program specific hazardous materials management programs or implementation of industry specific certification programs.Develop and implement technologies that can provide the site with operational efficiencies which are also improving EHS and ESG within the workplace.Implement policies for environmental, remediation, security, safety, and other ancillary functions pertaining to site development and management.Forecast and implement short- and long-range capital and expense budgets totaling over $12M.Manage major projects from conception through completion for new construction, utility installations and modifications. This includes the complete project management of all project phases including determination of user requirements, project organization, planning and budgeting, risk assessment, direction of inhouse/ outside engineers and architects, community interface, regulatory agency approvals, permits, cost and schedule control, contractor selection, and construction oversight.

To be considered for the role, here’s what you need to bring with you:

Bachelor's degree in health & safety, environmental, engineering, physical sciences, or relevant area. 8+ years of hands-on experience in the field of EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) supporting similar Health and Safety functions for multiple sites, with international location support highly preferred.EHS Audit Experience Experience with EHS management systems, Incident Management and analysis, KPI tracking, etc.Experience facilitating site implementations of health and safety programs such as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), confined space, industrial hygiene, respiratory protection, PPE, hearing conservation, bloodborne pathogens, mobile equipment (PIT), machine guarding, hazardous energy control, chemical safety.Experience coaching, teaching and influencing teams of people on technical topics as well as proving site personnel with actionable guidance.
