Behind every life-changing procedure is a space you helped build. **Why this role** As a **Site Engineer** , you’ll be the final touchpoint in a hospital’s journey to a fully integrated Operating Theatre — the last person the customer sees. You’ll manage onsite installations from end to end, ensuring every project runs smoothly, meets the highest quality standards, and exceeds customer expectations. Based in **Brisbane** , you’ll travel **Monday to Friday** (no weekends), working on-site across ANZ with a supportive, passionate team behind you. **What you’ll do** + Lead the **installation and commissioning** of cutting-edge integrated Operating Theatres + Act as the **site manager** — oversee drawings, pick up errors, manage trades, and ensure seamless execution + Be **customer-facing** , representing Stryker on-site and ensuring every interaction is professional and positive + Review and manage project documentation, materials, and drawings with precision + Manage contractors onsite to ensure **quality-first delivery** (we value craftsmanship over headcount) + Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and hospital staff to ensure installation success + **Travel regularly across ANZ** , with most projects running Monday–Friday + Receive full training and onboarding, including months of technical training in Sydney **Who you are: Required experience** This role is for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading onsite work.
