Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge infrastructure in one of the fastest-growing cities in the Middle East.

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and local building codesCollaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutionsConduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanshipPrepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical drawingsOversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams to ensure efficient project executionAnalyze and interpret complex engineering drawings and specificationsImplement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environmentMonitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategiesParticipate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior managementStay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in construction engineering

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institutionMinimum of 15 years of professional experience in site engineering or construction managementProficiency in industry-specific software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS ProjectStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulationsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisionsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with project management and scheduling techniquesFamiliarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred)Strong analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detailAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsWillingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as neededProficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
