The salary range for this position is $430,000 to $450,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Full Time Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to serve as Site Director/Interim Medical Director of Vascular Surgery. This is a unique opportunity to lead an evolving vascular surgery program, as part of the Mass General Brigham Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI).

Position Highlights:

Lead the clinical and operational direction of the Vascular Surgery service at WDHCollaborate with local and system leadership to align strategy and goals with HVI commitment to high-quality, patient-centered careMaintain a busy clinical practice with a mix of operative and non-operative vascular careSupervise and mentor clinical staff, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new providersPromote quality improvement initiatives, patient safety, and evidence-based practiceEngage in regular coordination with the HVI

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Vascular SurgeryEligible for licensure in the state of New HampshireMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership experience preferredStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team-oriented leadership styleCommitment to excellence in patient care, education, and clinical innovation
