Are you interested in leading end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center that produces iconic brands used around the world? In this role, you will be accountable to ensure all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure are running efficiently and have proper resilience in place to ensure the site runs in fully compliant and secure way. You will also be encouraged to drive continuous improvement while building your supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT.
We are looking for candidates that are equally adept at technology and leadership combined with a passion to help our supply chain organizations with the tools of modern manufacturing and logistics needed to ensure flawless make, pack and ship operations. You will be the change agent at the site, ensuring that new technology is ready to support an always on, always secure, and always compliant workforce that runs 24x7.
We ask that candidates are open to working anywhere in the USA as this role would be conducted at one of our plant locations. Location will be determined upon the offer stage.
Your responsibilities could include:
Lead the deployment and review to ensure digital technology is operational and within the company standards.
Define new technology and processes that address needs and can be scaled to other sites/operations.
Implement a robust IT organizational change process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages.
Apply ITIL, project management, engineering, and leadership skills across different teams at the site to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results.
Contribute to the site digital master plan, differentiating business models and a secure operations environment with new technology and processes.
Address operational incidents and problems for digital manufacturing and distribution technology at your site.
Ensure IT Continuity planning (infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery) is in place.
Build organizational capability while delivering upskilling initiatives for digital technology.
Job Qualifications
You are graduating in the Spring or Summer of 2026
BS or MS in Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics (or like degree or equivalent experience).
Manufacturing IT - Experience in manufacturing technology and systems operations
IT Operations - Incident management/Organizational change/Problem management.
IT infrastructure - Knowledge in network operations or application management
IT Security & Risk – Awareness of cybersecurity requirements and ability to support P&G’s cyber security organization to drive programs centered on protecting P&G in terms of information security
Leadership - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work optimally in a 'start-up' type environment.
Collaboration/partner management - An open mind, who is a fast learner with great verbal and written communication skills and can work closely across functions.
