Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in safeguarding our future? As the Site Cybersecurity Leader (CSL), you will be the trusted cybersecurity authority at one of our dynamic manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or mixing centers. Your expertise will be essential in protecting our operations from potential information security incidents and ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

In this influential position, you will lead and represent all aspects of Information Security and Cybersecurity, playing a crucial role in fortifying our defenses against information security threats. Your mission will be to reduce risks and eliminate losses that could hinder a site’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to information security incidents, ultimately ensuring the site’s ability to make, pack, and ship.

Job Qualifications

RequiredYou are graduating in the spring or summer of 2026Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.Ability to quickly learn new skills/processes and adapt to digital ecosystem changes, with a consistent record of delivering business and organizational results.Proficient self-starter with the ability to influence others and explain complex security ideas in a business context.Understanding of and experience implementing the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).Preferredhands-on experience in implementing security controls and protecting ICS (prefer Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and SCADA systems.Proven experience in Information/Cybersecurity roles such as SOC Analyst, Security Architecture and Engineering, Forensics, Risk Analyst, Developer, System Administrator, or NOC Engineer.Familiarity with the five critical controls according to SANS Institute.Certifications such as Global Industrial Cybersecurity Professional (GICSP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or the ability to obtain them within 3 years.
