As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the team member experience by providing support to the human resources team, housing managers, and property managers. Each day inspires in special places like this. + Low-cost shared dormitory housing available for $65/ week including utilities and wi-fi + Housing includes free on-site laundry and communal area for cooking + Live amongst the giant sequoias + Access to hundreds of miles of hiking trails with campsites, caves, mountains, rivers, and lakes to explore! **What will you do?** + Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, auditing records as needed + Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members + Act as the first point of contact for routine human resource inquiries and collect appropriate information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues + Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members, and support recognition programs + Administer mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments, and other deductions, and distribute paychecks **More about you** + High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred + Must have a valid California driver’s license + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays + Prior office experience preferred **Shift details** Days Evenings Holidays Weekends OT as needed **Who we are** Sequoia National Park offers an opportunity to see the giant Redwoods that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
