The opportunity

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Site Coordinator to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for

supporting and enhancing the team member experience by providing support to the human resources team, housing managers, and property managers. If you enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, like a fast-paced job, and seek hands-on learning, our Parks and Resorts team invites you to apply today.

What will you do?Maintain up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, auditing records as needed Assist with the DMV Pull Notice program and support site safety initiatives by being an active member of the Safety Committee Act as the first point of contact for routine human resource inquiries and collect appropriate information and statements related to workplace injuries, employee concerns, and other issues    Coordinate orientation and training sessions for team members, and support recognition programs Administer mileage reimbursement, housing fees, wage garnishments, and other deductions, and distribute paychecks  

More about youHigh school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred  Must have a valid California driver’s license  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Prior office experience preferred
