This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing complex financial systems and delivering strategic insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee annual physical inventory counts and ensure proper inventory accounting procedures. • Perform detailed account reconciliations, including ledger reconciliations, to maintain financial integrity. • Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports, providing insights into company performance. • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning. • Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations and maintain internal controls. Requirements • At least 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management roles within manufacturing. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and cost/ inventory accounting. • Strong skills in account and ledger reconciliations. • Experience in preparing journal entries and financial statements. • Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls. • Ability to conduct variance analysis and develop accurate budgets and forecasts. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools.
