Site Construction Manager
Location: Al Kharsaah Solar PV Plant
Duration: Approximately 8 months

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction. You will ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines while coordinating between contractors and project management.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations for BESS installation. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for timely execution. Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager. Resolve site-related issues promptly.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale energy or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
