Site Construction Manager – Renewable Energy Projects (WA)

Are you a seasoned Site Construction Manager ready to take on a leadership role in one of Australia's most exciting renewable energy projects? We are supporting our client in their search for a proactive and experienced professional to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and uphold the highest standards of site safety
Ensure project milestones and contractual schedules are achieved
Manage on-site quality assurance and compliance
Lead and direct on-site construction staff and subcontractors
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
Oversee resourcing, budgeting, and risk mitigation on site
Align with internal project and procurement teams
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of site construction management experience, ideally within major infrastructure or energy projects
Strong track record of team leadership and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage subcontractors in remote and regional environments
Proficiency in project tools like MS Office and MS Project
Experience in wind energy or renewable projects is highly regarded
