Job Description

AECOM is looking for a Site Construction Administrator to work be based in Piura, Peru.  ​

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Performs various responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.

Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.

Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.

Plans and develops engineering tasks concerned with unique or controversial problems. This involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope and selection of problems for investigation and development of novel concepts and approaches.

Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.

Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.

Works under minimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.

Supervises group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.

Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

May establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.

Supervises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.

Supervises the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.

Supervises group of architects and/or designers, coordinating activities of the unit.

Support PMO team in central office in critical guidelines for the task alignment in different projects of the program

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Experience in Healthcare projects (hospitals, primary care centers, private clinics…)

Experience in complex project with budget above 150 M USD

Registered and valid Professional college accreditation

English language

Preferable Requirements

NEC Contract type experience

Driving license
