The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented superstar to fill a newly created role as a Site Cleaner and Packing Operator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our amenities, providing packing backfill support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our packing lines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain amenities, including the cafeteria, change rooms, main office, toilets, and kitchenette

Provide packing backfill support during breaks and absences

Assist with packing line start-up and shutdown

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packing machines as per standard operating procedures

Conduct routine quality checks and report any issues promptly

Work effectively with other team members to meet daily packing targets and minimize downtime and waste

We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing/packing environment is a bonus!

Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and basic quality guidelines

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with packing equipment is an advantage

Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail

Physically fit – able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods

Basic computer or touchscreen system literacy

Ability to work efficiently unsupervised

Desirable:

Experience as a Machine Operator

Lean manufacturing experience

FMCG experience
