**Job Description**
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and construction, with a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project designs and plans.
+ Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
+ Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
+ Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction activities.
+ Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
+ Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential issues.
+ Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
+ Monitor construction costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.
+ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
+ Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.
+ Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and quality control records.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
+ 8- 15 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. At least 5 years of experience in aviation terminal building projects or similar complex infrastructure projects.
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certifications are desirable.
**Additional Information**
+ Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a common goal, fostering a sense of purpose and direction.
+ Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
+ Proficiency in using engineering and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Primavera, MS Project).
