Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, solutions-focused Site Operations & Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the Site Lead and leadership team at our Limerick site. Home to ~300 employees, this is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the center of cross-functional coordination, helping to deliver impactful projects and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations that keep our site thriving.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across business areas — from site administration and finance coordination to project management and event organization — while contributing to strategic initiatives across Ireland and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Site & Leadership Support
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Site Lead and leadership team.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare reports, and oversee internal communications.
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expenses efficiently.
Project Coordination
Drive the coordination and tracking of key site and cross-country initiatives, ensuring milestones are met.
Support grant funding, revenue incentive projects, and compliance tracking.
Maintain documentation such as project plans, action trackers, and site records.
Collect and analyze site data, helping to present key performance metrics.
Facilities & Operations
Act as the go-to person for site operations — from facilities management to event planning.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless daily operations.
Manage office supplies, security access, and engage third-party partners for maintenance or site needs.
Finance & Procurement
Coordinate vendor setup, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Support budget tracking, forecasting, and cost management for site initiatives.
Engagement & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Support health, safety, and sustainability programs on site.
Help foster an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative workplace culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
3rd level business or technical qualification, or equivalent relevant industry experience in a similar roleProven experience in an administrative or project support role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Experience with document control and compliance processes is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.Desirable Attributes:
