Site Administrator - FIFO

Roster: 8:6
Contract Duration: 3-Months (8 July – 30 September 2025)
Location: FIFO from WA (exact site TBC)
Employment Type: Contract

 

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a 3-month FIFO contract. This role is essential in supporting site operations by providing high-level administrative assistance, coordinating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site logistics and communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive admin support to site management and teams

Coordinate rosters, leave, travel, meetings, and internal communications

Maintain accurate site records, code expenses, track invoices, and assist with cost reporting

Liaise with internal departments such as HR, payroll, training, safety, and subcontractors

Work closely with the people logistics team to manage mobilisations and daily travel changes

Act as the central point of contact between site and corporate teams

Proactively resolve site-based logistical and administrative issues

 

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in a similar site-based administration or customer-facing role

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint)

Experience using mobilisation and flight management systems (e.g., INX or SAM)

Current unrestricted WA C Class driver’s licence

 

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

4WD Operation & Maintenance qualification

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Business or administration qualification
