Position: Site Administrator
Company: Tier 1 EPCM in Mining
Location: 2:1 FIFO ext. Perth
Employment Type: Casual Contractor
Contract length: Initial 12 months with possibility of extension

Role Overview
Our client, a renowned global EPCM, is seeking dynamic site administrators to join their team on a major iron ore project in the Pilbara. This position is based on a 2:1 FIFO roster, with flights out of Perth with a 11-hour workday.

As a key member of the team, you will:

Manage site access requests for employees, including coordination of mobilisation logistics Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports using Excel and site-specific software Facilitate onboarding of new starters, including data entry, roster coordination, leave management, site inductions, and accommodation arrangements Provide administrative support, including document preparation, reporting, and communications for the site leadership team. Ensure all visitors and subcontractors have appropriate site access and documentation Accurately enter and process invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts What you’ll have: Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in FIFO, remote, or project-based roles in the resources, mining, or infrastructure sectors. Qualifications: Formal training in business or office administration is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook). Familiarity with systems such as INX, SharePoint, and travel coordination platforms (e.g., SAM, VAMS) is desirable. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Project Support: Ability to manage communications, events, and support project needs. Work Ethic: Team player, self-sufficient, and adaptable to changing environments. Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
