Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something. **Description** In this role, you will drive the development of Siri’s Execution and Agentic platform that powers all Siri requests across all Apple devices. You will partner with many organizations in- and outside of Siri to gather requirements and lead the teams through evolving the platform to support the ever increasing complexity of Siri capabilities. **Responsibilities** + Working across the entire Siri and Tools organization to enable next generation features while ensuring that the platform stays focused and extensible + Employee development and mentorship + Successful managers at Apple balance both technical execution and the long-term vision for their team + They collaborate effectively with partner and product teams to define goals, set expectations, and shape roadmaps + As a leader, you will provide both technical and career mentorship, empowering your team to succeed + Strong interpersonal skills are essential for communicating technical complexities clearly to engineering partners, product management teams, and executives across Apple **Minimum Qualifications** + 10+ years of engineering management experience, involving mentoring of individual contributors (ICs) both as engineers, but as possible future leaders + Experience building on-device (handset or others) infrastructure + Comfort with ambiguity in projects and evolving requirements + Proven track record of developing a product vision, achieving cross-functional alignment and executing on it + Ability to empathize with client teams and to appreciate their needs + Proven ability to translate requirements from design to implementation, both independently and within larger teams + Demonstrated ability to actively manage team performance and take ownership of driving outcomes + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Swift and its capabilities **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $198,300 and $342,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
