Job DescriptionAs a member of BA IEMEA SIOP Operations Demand, Capacity & Inventory Planning Team your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective coordination of demand forecasting, capacity planning, optimizing inventory levels and inventory accurancy, and monitoring processes, which includes folloowing key tasks:
Maintain the demand planning process and ensure completeness across all verticals and product clustersOversee capacity planning activities to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and operational capabilitiesDevelop and implement inventory planning strategies to balance inventory levels with customer demand, production capabilities, and financial targets based on the results of the monthly SIOP processCollaborate with sales, marketing, finance and production teams to gather input and insights for demand forecasting, determine optimal inventory levels for finished goodsMonitor demand forecast accuracy, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions when necessaryAnalyze performance metrics, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholdersOptimize inventory replenishment parameters, such as reorder points and safety stock levels, based on demand variability and service level targetsQualificationsAcademic degree in SCM, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Business or similiar qualificationProfessional experience in Supply chain Planning, E2E SIOP operationsGood know-how in SCM tools and methods, in particular familiarity with the supply chain planning areaFluent English language skills (written and spoken)High level regarding SCM Process understandingSolid SAP know-howOpenness to work within an international organization / contextHigh level of customer orientationApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
