Job Summary:
The SIOP Manager has a variety of important responsibilities necessary to the transformational growth and development of Trane Technologies’ Integrated Supply Chain. This role will be responsible to provide hands on leadership and influence to drive engagement to create and lead a more accurate SIOP process throughout the business within the region, resulting in improvements in customer service, profitability, and working capital. One of the key performance indicators that will be utilized to measure the success the role will be forecasting accuracy (WMAPE), inventory turns, on time shipping and customer delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred5 years minimum product or materials management required.Strong DataIQ and Tableau skills preferredAPICS CPIM preferred; if candidate does not have certification will be expected to achieve within first 24-36 months in role.Demonstrated success in defining and implementing a SIOP process within a complex environment where data is not immediately available, and deductions will need to be drawn based on limited input.Strong facilitation and presentation skills; has successfully facilitated initiatives that improve process and a culture of change.Proactive change agent and possess leadership skills to build and maintain a team-oriented environment.Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have the ability to interface and influence up and down the organization to drive stakeholder buy-in.Demonstrated mastery of project management and analytical skills.In-depth understanding of world-class supply chain execution.Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and the effective implementation of kaizen, six sigma and Kanban material management operational excellence tools and techniques.
