Your new role

We’re looking for a new Single-Use Professional who will enjoy working in a high-paced, dy-namic environment, working alongside experienced teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

Be part of the SUS HUB and be an active part in driving standardization of single-use systems (SUS) for aseptic production sites for the entire portfolio of injectable drug products. Anchor SUS Knowledge within the Product and Process Interface.
-Create and maintain a comprehensive overview of process aids and single-use systems used across our production landscape, including new and existing production sites 
-Participate in setting standards for integration and validation of SUS 
-Participate in designing and implementing SUS, including drawings, process flows diagrams, etc.   Continuously update own knowledge, through on-the-job training, participation in pro-fessional networks and courses as well as other education. Responsible for contributing to complex continuous improvements through cLEAN in relation to the daily work.  You will do this in close collaboration your colleagues in the SUS HUB, Compatibility Center, and process experts from Aseptic Manufacturing departments, Production sites, Sourcing and Suppliers.

 

The position is based in Denmark, but when required expected to travel and work outside the home country for periods of time. The length of business trips will depend on business needs and may vary between 1-5 days. Expected average travel days per year: 0-10

 

Your new department

Product and Process Interfaces is of Aseptic Manufacturing Science & Technology in PS AM Novo Nordisk. The department consists of approx. 50 employees divided in 5 teams, situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the department is to be experts and set di-rection of all interactions between product and components in our global aseptic manufactur-ing network, both for new and marketed products. We have competences within biophysical characterization, single-use systems and product compatibility, incl. supporting laboratories. 

 

The main responsibility of the SUS HUB team is to guide and set direction for the standardisa-tion of SUS and process aids towards all aseptic production sites in Novo Nordisk and the entire portfolio of injectable drug products in Novo Nordisk from development to drug products on the market.

 

Your skills & qualifications

You’ll bring with you, ideally:

 

PhD, Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge through relevant practical experience within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar. Multidisciplinary experience from relevant areas such as aseptic produc-tion/manufacturing within a GMP environment. Knowledge and, ideally, 2-3 years’ experience within field of expertise, single use, manufacturing lines or similar. Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements. Project Management and Change Management skills. Ideally, NN understanding. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

 

You’re a team player who enjoys learning and sharing knowledge. Have strong communica-tion,
coordination and analytical skills. Feel comfortable in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude when encountering challenges. Flexible and able to prioritize own tasks, have a strong personal drive that is reflected in your desire to take initiative and have an impact on the business,. Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally, both independently and in a team.
