Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. **Qualifications** Requires an associate’s degree or higher with 1 + years of experience or HS diploma with three + years of experience. CHSOS certification could be in lieu of a AS degree. Prefer one year experience in a hospital or clinical setting. Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds. Flexibility in work hours that includes off hours and weekends to support Simulation Center programs/courses. Demonstrates good judgement and critical thinking skills when handling a variety of procedural and technical tasks with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
