Your future duties and responsibilities:

Works entirely independently with minimal supervision as a self-initiator and applies knowledge of subject matter in Application Support.
Possess in depth knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to address application issues and incidents.
Intermediate to senior level of experience (4 to 5 years at SSE level) in Simcorp Dimension support including patch updates, version upgrades, functional enhancements and process improvements / automations.
Work experience in tracking the work using JIRA.
Need to have PowerShell and Python scripting knowledge.
Good communication skill is required to coordinate with different stake holders to understand and update the client requirements and issues.
Should be able to take up complete ownership of the work.
Must have mentoring skills and guiding ability to help other members in the team.
Should have good experience in incident management process and handling ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Good understanding and work experience in production support processes including problem management.
Willingness to work in shifts/weekends as per business need.
Very good at functional knowledge in Wealth Management/Asset Management.
Good to have knowledge in Oracle database and Exacc environment.
