Complete Description:  • Project control, governance, issue escalation to DTMB Program Manager and Agency PMO Manager  • Completing SUITE PMM methodology.• Coordination of Agency Application Changes and Estimates• Metrics reporting to MDOS, Project Management Office for MDOS and SIGMA PMO • Project scheduling for MDOS’ SIGMA RPS integration project• Tracking issues, risks, and change controls• Update ChangePoint• Weekly status updates of individual tasks to Program Manager• Weekly status updates of Project to Agency Interface Liaison (AILs), Agency PMO, and SIGMA PCO
