1. AI Product Strategy Planning & Execution
Lead the development of industrial AI product strategies, integrating industry trends, customer needs, and the company’s technical capabilities to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall business objectives.
2. Cross-Domain Collaboration & Ecosystem Building
Bridge AI innovation with business execution by collaborating deeply with internal experts from Siemens Technology and Digital Industries Software to integrate internal and external resources, accelerating the transformation of cutting-edge technologies into market-ready solutions.
3. Customer Insight & Solution Validation
· Lead in-depth customer requirement mining (technical needs + business pain points);· Oversee end-to-end validation of AI solutions (requirement analysis → model development → PoC deployment), ensuring technical feasibility and quantifiable business value.4. End-to-End AI Productization Management
· Drive the full journey of AI products, from 0-to-1 (concept incubation) to 1-to-N (scaled deployment). Coordinate algorithm development, engineering execution, and customer delivery, balancing technological innovation with engineering practicality.· Collaborate with R&D, testing, and operations teams to champion standardized, modular product designs, improving reusability and elevating customer experience.Your defining qualities
1. Experience Requirements
: 8+ years in AI algorithm R&D, AI product management, or industrial software. Priority given to customers with proven track records in manufacturing (discrete/process manufacturing) deployments, or those who have led AI products through the full lifecycle.: Proficient in at least one programming language; familiar with mainstream AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong foundation in ML/DL theory (e.g., CV/NLP/predictive maintenance algorithms) and practical knowledge of applying LLMs in industrial settings. Adept at statistical methods and data analysis tools.: Deep understanding of discrete (e.g., automotive, electronics) or process (e.g., chemicals, energy) manufacturing—core pain points, digital transformation needs, and the ability to translate technical jargon into customer-perceptible business value.2. Skills & Traits
: Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen.
