Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionYou will design, develop, simulate and validate SiC power semiconductors or modules for automotive application.您将设计、开发、仿真和验证用于汽车应用的碳化硅(SiC)功率半导体或模块。You will evaluate internal and external customer requirements, translate them into concepts, perform measurements and characterization measurements, as well as special investigations, create test reports, and report within the SE team.您将评估内外部客户需求,将其转化为设计方案,执行测量及特性表征测试,开展专项研究,撰写测试报告,并在SE团队内进行汇报。In close collaboration with the electrical team and product departments, you will take responsibility for relevant design topics and their verification.
